Underwater Music Festival

As far as a Florida Keys experience few deliver as thoroughly as the annual Looe Key Reef Underwater Music Festival.  Every July DIving and Snorkeling outfitters from all over the Keys dress up in costume and perform an underwater concert.  Intended to bring about awareness to the industry and the health of our local reefs, thanks to social and local media this event is now known worldwide. The event is made up of two celebrations.  July 18 the public is welcome to attend the Kick-Off Party at Mote Marine 24244 Overseas Highway, Summerland Key.  Take a tour of the facilities and learn about our precious reef ecosystem.  Lite bites, drinks, and of course, music will be served from 6pm - 8pm.  Saturday, July 19th the festivities move to Looe Key Reef and are kicked off at 10am - 2pm.  Be sure to check out the event website below for further details.
