Responding to the demands for larger accommodations, we are pleased to announce, in addition to our very popular Harborview House, two new options owned and operated by the Inn, the Marine House and the Marine LoftThe newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath Marine House and 1 bedroom/1 bath Marine Loft private residences are located just steps away from the resort's 450 feet of private beachfront, pool, and dockage. While staying in the Marine House and the Loft, guests will be able to enjoy all of the amenities the Inn has to offer and all the benefits of staying in a wonderful vacation home tucked away in the historic Tavernier neighborhood.
The Marine House can accommodate up to 6 guests, has a large fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, separate office, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer and comfortable dining and living area with large flat screen TV. The sizable master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and large closet. The newly renovated bath has a shower tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, closet and brand new ensuite bathroom with large shower. Outside there is a large private seating area with Adirondacks, fire pit, Barbecue, and lush landscaping. There is ample parking onsite for your vehicle, boat, & trailer.
