The owners of the Coconut Palm Inn are excited to extend an invitation to their historical piece of Key West for your next extended stay. Centrally located on Duval, Key West’s most iconic street, our spacious, fully furnished luxury two-bedroom, one full-bath, penthouse unit enjoyed a thorough renovation just completed in January 2021. Located in a historic building the unit has vaulted ceilings, restored wood floors and walls which add charm and comfort.  A brand new King size bed and 2 new Twin beds adorn the spacious bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TVs.  The modern full kitchen has everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals with ample cooking space, brand-new appliances and 4 seat dining area.  The well-furnished living room is bathed in light and modern conveniences.    In addition to large windows, modern glass doors open to the private balcony.  Overlook Duval Street where you can enjoy Key West’s prolific sunshine and sea breezes while taking in the sights.  At just over 1000 square feet, this is larger than most rentals found on the island, especially those found in the middle of everything Key West has to offer! The location means you can leave your car parked in your private parking space and walk everywhere with easy access to Duval from your private gated entrance.   Rentals are available for 1 to 6 months stay.  A small pet may be considered with an additional deposit and owner approval.
